The Planning and Development Services Division within the Kilifi County Department of Public Works, Roads, and Transport is dedicated to ensuring the strategic planning, development, and sustainable management of our road infrastructure. Our services focus on creating well-thought-out plans and development strategies that align with the county’s growth objectives and community needs.

1. Road Infrastructure Planning
We undertake comprehensive planning to guide the development and enhancement of road networks:

Long-Term Road Planning:

Developing long-term road development plans that address current and future transportation needs, incorporating projections for population growth and urban expansion.
Master Planning:

Creating master plans for major road projects, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and support overall county development goals.

Project Feasibility Studies:
