Chief. Philip Charo
Mr. Philip Charo is the Chief Officer for the Department of Roads, Public Works, and Transport in Kilifi County. With extensive experience in civil engineering and public administration, Mr. Charo plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the county’s infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
Mr. Charo is dedicated to advancing Kilifi County’s infrastructure development and is committed to ensuring that public works projects meet the highest standards of excellence. His proactive approach and strategic vision continue to drive progress and foster growth within the county.
