Hon. Catherine Riziki Kenga
Hon. Catherine Riziki Kenga is the Chief Executive Committee Member for the Department of Roads, Public Works, and Transport in Kilifi County. With a rich background in civil engineering and public administration, Hon. Kenga brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and has furthered her education with a Master’s in Public Administration from Moi University. Her professional journey includes significant roles in both the private and public sectors, where she has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management and infrastructure development.
Since assuming her current role, Hon. Kenga has been instrumental in overseeing and executing key projects aimed at improving the county’s road network and public works. Notably, she has led the development of the Mavueni-Kaloleni Road Expansion, which has significantly enhanced connectivity and economic activities in the region. Her strategic vision includes advancing the county’s infrastructure to support sustainable development, improve public safety, and foster economic growth.
Mr. Philip Charo
Mr. Philip Charo is the Chief Officer for the Department of Roads, Public Works, and Transport in Kilifi County. With extensive experience in civil engineering and public administration, Mr. Charo plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the county’s infrastructure.
Mr. Samuel Mkutano
Chief Officer, Mr. Mkutano has spearheaded several key projects aimed at improving the county’s public infrastructure. These include the construction of modern market facilities, the development of stormwater drainage systems to mitigate flooding.
